Panasonic ignored my request for Neo 2.5 upgrade (just bought HMC151 in September 2009, I think the upgrade is free in October 2009I contacted Grass Valley UK for free upgrade - nothing doing Tried downloads - no chance.Decided to cut the hassle and purchased the upgrade from Siren Tech UK, next day delivery.

There have been many reported issues with the Panasonic registration site once AVCCAMs switched over from bundle EDIUS Neo 2 to EDIUS Neo 2 Booster.We have requested that Panasonic make it clearer on this site that there are two separate registration processes and it is key that you register the right product.

If you have EDIUS Neo 2 and try to register EDIUS Neo 2 Booster (or vice versa) you will get a serial number that does not work.

It has also been reported that even if you register the right product you may get a wrong serial number that does not work.
